Join

workshop for teachers and non-formal educators. We’ll spend our day discussing
and practicing tips and tricks to engage learners of all ages with experiences

with resources from Project Learning Tree (PLT) to help you create
interdisciplinary lesson plans and programming focused around nature,
conservation, and social issues that will excite audiences of all ages.
During the
Professional Development workshop, we will focus on how to use the guides,
experience hands-on activities from a student perspective, and correlate
activities to Michigan Science Standards (NGSS).
Workshop

get started in your classroom. Light snacks provided. Daily admission to Dow
Gardens is included with this workshop. Hours are 9AM - 8PM.
